Mark Rodney, Debbie Eisenhauer-Rodney and Lisa Clarke are the instructors and horse trainers for Horsemanship Australia.

With over 25 years of experience each in the horse industry, Mark & Debbie's qualifications include instructor accreditation through the Equestrian Federation of Australia, a Master Farrier qualification, 6 years as Endorsed Instructors with Parelli Natural Horsemanship, numerous wins in competition and many years of managing a successful horsemanship business in NSW.  Mark and Debbie are well qualified to share knowledge with students from many backgrounds.

Their skills as trainers are also sought out by corporate clients, with a number of successful leadership training days being run for clients such as Macquarie Bank, senior employees from AMP, Westpac, CBA, JKM Consulting and other high profile individuals and organisations.  For these training days, Mark, Debbie and Lisa use horses and horsemanship principles to teach human communication and leadership.

Their clients include horse owners, pleasure riders, high level competitors and trainers, overseas students that visit for extended periods, and professional people with an interest in horses, who expect a high standard of delivery in teaching and communication.
